Love the look, quality and functionality of the chair. The purchase experience could have been better, though. The third-party delivery company provides no communication beyond basic tracking, so there’s no notice of when it will actually arrive — which is a bit concerning when the item is only delivered to the curb-side.

The Hisho is a great chair with many fine points and a couple of negatives. It's simple to use--no long menus to go through to get what you want. Six basic massage programs and I've found 4 that I really like. The air pressure is adjustable and I mostly use it as it shows up (Medium) or switch to low. There are some other settings for specific areas to massage.The massages last about 20 minutes --perhaps 15 would have been better, so I could do 2 massages in a half hour. The chair comes with a pad which I use

Looks better in person than i expected. Previously I had a zero gravity massage chair with all the bells and whistles and as bulky as a cyber truck. For being so much smaller and pleasing to the eye, it performs comparably well. The airbags are the only area where this could use some improvement - I'm a thin person and this chairs airbags never really apply pressure to my hips so I just turn off the airbags. With the airbags off, you can barely hear the thing running. Great buy, I'm glad I took a chance on this chair even though the reviews I was able to find was quite limited.
Just right for both of us. Can regulate it to suit us. Nice size, not over bearing.
I only had this a couple of weeks, but I have been using it several times a day. I tried all the massage setting and find them all useful depending on what you want for the session. Pros: adjustable massage pressure, comfortable, zero gravity recline feature, massage rollers do a great job with its various "techniques", Stylish, looks well made, love the extended roller path from the neck to your gluts, wireless remote and handy side holder pouch, compact and space efficient. Cons: not really a deal breaker; may be narrow seating depending on how "wide" you are, a slightly steeper zero gravity recline would be nice also wish I could get massages without having it auto recline to a predetermined position or a lesser recline so I can sit upright to watch TV or read a book while getting a massage. The build quality looks great but we will see how long it holds up (it does have a 2 yr warranty). I would definitely recommend this as a buy.

This is the best chair we ever bought. Lots of different modes to choose from. It has taken away my back pain and is great for relaxation.
